| Health Information for Emergencies. Download this list and use it to create a printed paper that contains the information that disaster responders might need in order to help you in an emergency. Your paper may be multiple sheets. We recommend that you print the information on water-proof paper if possible. Keep it in a zip-type plastic bag, which is itself kept in a water-tight container, and kept with your purse, backpack, or what ever you would use to carry things outside your home. |
